Q: How will you receive my measurements and special requests for my custom wig unit? How will you know my inspiration?
A: The " Wig Customization Form" needs to be filled out after any hair purchase. You can provide your head measurements there! You can even attach inspiration pictures!
How Many Bundles Do I Need?
A: 14” and below = 2 bundles needed.
16”-20”= 3 Bundles needed.
22”-26” = 4 Bundles needed.
28” or higher 5 bundles needed
Q: How Will You Ensure I Receive My Order?
A: All orders over $50.00 require a signature upon delivery. All packages are fully insured. If you suspect will not be home to receive your package, you may arrange with USPS to have your package held at your local post office.
Q: How Long Is Shipping?
. Please keep in mind all payments made through the website go through a 24-48 hour business day processing timeframe prior to shipment. You will receive your tracking number to the email provided when placing your order as soon as your order is being shipped to you. All virgin hair orders will be shipped and received within 5-8 business days after your payment is processed.. All beauty accesory items will be shipped and recieved within 3-5 business days after your payment is processed.Q: Can I Return My Virgin Hair?
A: Due to the nature of virgin hair as a product, for sanitary reasons no virgin hair can be returned after it has been delivered to the buyer. Returns are only accepted if you have received an incorrect order.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. All orders come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you. If you will not be home on the specified date you can arrange with your local post office to have your package held.
There are customers who will claim they have not received their package when in fact, they have. For this reason all orders are insured and require signature upon delivery. If you attempt a fraudelent order with our company you will be reported to the local authorities.
